Herbs

In a separate corner of the nursery, our herbs, aromatic plants and edible perennials are grouped together. You’ll find plenty of perennial herb plants there — we only sell seeds of the annuals — such as mint, sage, rosemary and many varieties of thyme. We also have a whole range of plants with aromatic, fragrant foliage, such as santolina, lavender, pycnanthemum and the camphor-scented Lepechinia. And we’re growing more and more edible perennials, including as yet little-known delicacies such as the delicious-tasting Peltaria alliacea and oyster leaf (Mertensia maritima). Everything is, of course, organic and grown by us.
