Returning packaging

You can use the familiar black perennial plant crate at the nursery for a deposit of €4.20 and €5.00 for the tall crate, including VAT. Only fairly new, cadmium-free crates will be accepted for return.

Please bring your own BOXES OR BAGS with you when you visit.

This would be a huge help to us. If you haven't thought of anything, we do have some cornstarch bags available for €0.10 each.

Return jars

Some customers sort their pots after planting and keep them to return on their next visit. We really appreciate this, but the percentage is currently only a meagre 25%. We believe this can be increased. We use high-quality pots that can be reused several times. Only plastic pots that come from our nursery can be returned. We only use 3 sizes. We kindly request that you select the appropriate items in our sorting corner. This will ensure that they fit into the rings of our potting machine. Would you like to take home any items that do not fit?

Return green compost bags

From March 2023, we will be using the familiar thick green compost bags again. The new green bags are slightly more expensive, and we now charge a deposit of €1.50. We can only take them back if you return them dry, clean and undamaged. Wet, muddy bags that have been crumpled up will not be taken back. If you are a regular customer for leaf mould bags, please keep your own bags. If you take good care of them, you can fill them up to 20 times. Do not leave them in the sun unnecessarily, as this will cause the plastic to become brittle.

Return black crates

The deposit for standard heavy crates is €4.20 for the low crate and €5.00 for the high crate, including VAT. Only relatively new, cadmium-free crates will be accepted for return.
