Looking up plants at the nursery

If you just want to take a look around, we recommend following the signs. This will take you past all the sales areas and also past the mother beds, giving you a good impression of what the nursery has to offer.

However, most people come with a wish list, which means they need to look up the item numbers. The plants are not listed alphabetically, but arranged according to character, location and height. Each plant species is followed by a section number, e.g. S1. These section numbers can be found here on the website, but also on the large welcome sign and map at the nursery. This number corresponds to the red section numbers at the nursery. You can easily find these sections by following the walking route. Labels with all the information are printed in advance. The intention is that you only take one label per species. So no 3 labels for 3 Nepeta 'Walkers Low'. This prevents the labels from running out at the end of the week and saves a lot of plastic.

However, we strongly recommend printing out a collection list from the website or creating one on your phone. This collection list is sorted in order of the walking route, so you don't have to run around all over the place. We keep track of our stock weekly, and items that are sold out cannot be added to the collection list. But as you can imagine, this will never be foolproof. If you are unable to find the items you are looking for, please drop by the cash register. We may still have them in the back of the nursery, or we can discuss possible replacements with you.

Collection list

The collection list allows you to make a list of plants you would like to purchase. Once you have completed your wish list, you can use it to search for plants at the nursery. You will then receive a kind of shopping list, with the box numbers of the plants listed in the order in which they appear in the nursery.

When you walk into the nursery, you will immediately notice the large sign. On one side, you will find a list of all the plants and their box numbers, and on the other side, you will find a map. This makes it easy to find the plants.

How do I create a collection list?

To add plants to your collection list, go to the plants page. Here you can filter by stock, for example. Then click on the plant you want. Click on the large "Add to collection list" button and enter the quantity. This plant is now on your collection list. Think of it as a shopping cart in a webshop.

To view your list, click on the list icon with a number next to it in the top right corner of the menu bar. You will then be taken to your collection list.

On paper

Finally, you can also print out the collection list. The plants will be printed in the order in which they are located in the nursery. You can then walk through the various plant beds in a logical order with this list. This way, you can find your plants in no time.

New: Digital

Don't want to waste paper? Then transfer your collection list to your phone. Go to your collection list. You can do this by tapping the list icon on the right-hand side of the menu bar. Then tap "Share" on this page. Remember the 4-letter code or write it down. Then open our website on your phone, go to the collection list and tap "Import". Enter this code there. You will see that your list has now been transferred.

At the nursery, you can then easily tick off the plants one by one on your phone using the open circles next to the plant names on your digital collection list. Here, too, the plants are listed in the order of the walking route.
