Trailer Days on 24 and 31 October
On Saturday 24 and Saturday 31 October, you can once again have leaf mould loaded onto a trailer between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. CET. We’ll be setting up a route again so you don’t have to reverse. Please don’t all turn up at 9 am at the same time, as you may have to wait a long time. There’s more than enough, so you’re welcome to come at 11 am as well. And there’ll still be more than enough on 31 October too.
The leaf mould is a bit coarser than the sort you scoop into bags, so you’ll occasionally find bits of debris in it, such as twigs, tins or bits of plastic. This is unavoidable, but you can easily pick these out whilst spreading it. We have tiered pricing based on the quantities deposited at a time. A 1 m³ cart that we can fill in one go is cheaper than a small trolley onto which we can load two half-cubic-metre loads. The bucket of our front-loader holds around 400–450 litres of compost at a time. From now on, we find it easier not to calculate in cubic metres, but simply per front-loader bucket. That way, there’s no dispute about the quantity. Prices apply per load. So if you come twice to load one bucket, you pay €30.00 twice.
1 container (400-450 litres) | €30,00 |
2 containers | €52,50 |
3 containers | €75,00 |
4 containers | €95,00 |
